These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which Strategy Investor operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through informal negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules of the applicable arbitration institution.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
